Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping: $10.00 flat rate — estimated delivery 5–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping Flat rate: $25.00 — estimated delivery 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and local customs. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Carrier-Calculated Rates For certain products and destinations, real-time carrier-calculated rates may appear at checkout based on your address, package weight, and dimensions.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Address Changes Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update a shipping address. We cannot change the address after an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and items and contact us within 7 days of delivery. For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reaching out.

International Duties & Taxes Import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
